  • Is your RV Roof getting tired?
  • Ready to restore or repair your RV, Camper or Trailer Roof?
  • Need a lifelong solution? Our RV Roof Sealant is what you need.

RV Roofs have a limited life before they need to be replaced.  Generally it's on average every 10 - 15 years.  This typically costs approximately $3000 - $4000 each time unless you know the secret to restoring your roof once and for all at an average lifetime cost of about $549.95 with our RV Roof coating.

Are you asking yourself how is this possible?

It's possible with new technology that has been developed recently in the RV Roof coating world which allows 50+ year performance.  RV manufacturers who build RV's are not concerned about how long your roof lasts, they just want to make sales and have it last long enough so they don't get any warranty recalls.  Plus, if they offer RV Service centers, they make a killing servicing your RV year after year.

Now why would you want to dish out $10,000 over the life of your RV when you can Do It Once for about $549.95 with our RV roof sealant and have it Guaranteed for the life of your RV?

I didn't want to either and that's why I developed the only RV Roof Coating that is guaranteed for the life of your RV.   Read MY STORY for full details.

The great part it's super simple do it yourself.  Here's how you do it:

Steps:

  1. Clean RV camper or trailer roof - power washing is recommended.  If you don't have one, use a scrub brush and bio-degradable cleaner.  Remove all silicone and old flaky caulking that isn't silicone.  Non-silicone caulking can be coated over if it's adhered well.  Give a final wipe with Acetone before application, this promotes adhesion and acts as final cleaner.
  2. Once dry, complete your prepping with your choice of RV Flex Repair Products.  RV Flex Repair Roof Tape is used to bridge larger areas, seams.  RV Flex Repair Self Levelling Caulking Lap Sealant is used around vents, seams, skylights.  You can also use the RV Flex Repair 100% Silicone RV Roof Coating around vents and skylights.
  3. Apply a heavy coat of 100% Silicone Roof Coating around areas you will not be able to roll.  ie. Edges, around vents, skylights, AC....
  4. Apply a heavy coat of 100% Silicone RV Roof Coating to entire roof.  I like to use a small pail or pitcher to scoop out of the 5G pail and pour in the section I'm working on.
  5. If you apply the coating thick enough on your prepping and entire roof, you can complete the final coverage required in 1 coat.  If you're not able to get the final thickness down on the first coat, apply the final material on your 2nd coat as soon as you can work on the 1st coat.  Usually within 24 hours you can apply a 2nd coat.

Tips:

  • Stir coating well before using
  • Place lid on pail while not in use to prevent curing.  The coating cures from moisture in the air
  • Final Coverage - 60 sq ft per Gallon
  • Under a 30 ft RV requires 5 Gallons of coating
  • Under a 35 ft RV requires 6 Gallons of coating
  • Under a 40 ft RV requires 7 Gallons of coating
  • Apply at 40F (5C) and rising
  • Use on aged EPDM Rubber Roofs, Fiberglass, Metal, Wood
  • For Fiberglass, rough/sand surface first
  • Curing varies by temperature and humidity
  • If skinning occurs in the pail, remove the surface and stir well before use
  • Use a standard roller to roll lightly.  Remember to apply heavy coats
  • Shelf Life - 2 years
  • 100% Lifetime Guarantee

That's how easy it is to restore your RV Roof and forget about doing roof maintenance ever again.  Go ahead restore your roof for the last time now.

Great to hear the product is working well for you. Be sure to apply the recommended final coverage of 5G for your 27 ft unit. If it's not applied at the recommended amount, the product can have a shortened life span.

OUTSTANDING

I bought this based on the reviews, the price made me think about it but in the end I bought it. The 5 gallon pail weighs over 65#! It took me almost 15 MINUTES to completely mix the stuff up using a drill!! I used a paint brush to do the entire roof. I didn’t like how it went on with a roller. The finished roof looks and feels incredible!! I was curious to see how thick it set up using the paintbrush. I put some on a piece of tinfoil, using the same technique I did on the RV roof. After completely dried it took a little bit of time to get it to come off of the tinfoil, which I thought was a positive. In my opinion, this means that it should adhere to the rubber roof even better because of its porosity. Peeling the RV Fletcher pair off the tinfoil resulting in about a millimeter to 1.5 mm worth of product thick on the roof. Very impressive! I highly recommend this stuff, it is worth every penny. I have a 33 foot fifth wheel, even putting it on with a paintbrush I still have about 2 gallons left over. Five roof vents, 1 AC unit etc… Recommend the stuff, and I will definitely buy it again if I need to

Great job on your project. A tip when using a roller is to pour out the coating in the area you're working on and use the roller with light pressure to push/pull the coating around. You definitely want it to go down thick and in 1 heavy coat if you can.

Seems to be a great product.

It arrived very quickly. It went on well. Overall seems great. I wish there had been instructions on cleanup. I got it on my hands (should have worn gloves) and couldn’t get it off. Had to let it wear off. I didn’t feel warned about that. Water just seals it to your hands so DON’T try to rinse it off.

Hi, great to hear everything worked out. Yes, you're correct that it's best to use disposable gloves and brushes.

Very impressive

I bought 2 gallons to do the roof of a 32 foot camper. Covered the whole thing with 1 gallon on what I thought was a nice thick coat. Its a thick product but rolls on good with a little elbow grease. Uses the 2nd gallon for another coat and the roof looks like a new rubber roof. Very pleased!

RV Flex Repair

Sometimes people compare painting a wall with regular paint with applying the Coating. Indoor wall paint goes down really thin and the Coating goes down really thick or it should to keep the performance. If the coating is applied too thin, it may look ok but the performance will not be as good as when it's at the proper recommended thickness.

What you need for your project:

1. Power Washer or Biodegradable soap and scrub brush to clean the surface.

2. Acetone and rags to give a final wipe before application. Can buy at any Home Depot, Walmart...

3. One time use paint brushes, rollers and pole extension. Dollar Store is a good place to get them.

4. Paint tray and small bucket

5. Disposable gloves

6. Painter's Tape
